About Us

We start with an initial phone conversation with the customer. We communicate the services that Laying It Down can provide and the areas that we service. We will review the project, give options, and provide an initial estimated cost.

 Depending on the project, we may have the customer email pictures to provide a formal estimate or we may schedule time to come out to measure and discuss layout and design options. We will provide a time frame on when we will send a final estimate. 

On agreement of scope of work, with a signed contract and deposit, we will schedule a start date and give a time frame for the work to be completed.
